Perfect
Great pan - perfect size for a 1 egg/50g mix. Brushed with butter & sprinkled with a little flour it's brilliantly non-stick. Used on top of a pre-heated baking tray produces perfect Madeleines in 8-10 minutes.

Great product, nonstick coating works really well so far. Only drawback, if this is one, is that the size of the madeleine is somewhat smaller than (what i think is a "standard") 8cm by 5 cm, so adjust recipes accordingly.

Super easy to use
I make about 250 ml of mixture for this tray. Seems to be the perfect amount. They came out well as this was easy to clean.The size is good as well, they are compact but the moulds go close up to the edges so overall the tray is feels small but you get out a nice number from it.
