Q: Will this solar panel work with a regular 6v battery?

It can only be used with a 6V rechargeable battery, and not for the battery that can't be recharged.

Q: Will this work with moultrie mobile cameras?

I don't think so. The moultrie mobile cameras needs a 12V solar panel.

Q: Is this contains the alligator clip kit?

Yes. It comes with an alligator clip and can be wired directly to the Moultrie feeder.
