Kenko Back Orthopedic Back Stretcher - Adjustable Back Cracking Device for Back Pain Relief
I like this product; I have recently been experiencing some back pain and this helped to alleviate some of it (due to various factors it was not going to be able to deal with all my back pain, but it did well with what it could address). I especially like that this is easy to use, there is nothing complicated about it or even time consuming, when not in use it can easily be stored since it can be left flat (as opposed to some of the other products which take up quite a bit of space).I recommend this product.

generic back stretcher
Pros:Cant think of anyCons:1. Overpriced, you find similar ones for much cheaper2. On the highest setting, it is hard bend the device back to adjust it due to all the tense on it.3. Came with no instructions on how to use it, thankfully you can go to the product page, but it shows that the final product is just some generic plastic deviceOverall,Just buy a foam roller.

Easy to Use ~ Withstands Repeated Use without Losing Shape ~ Comfortable & Relaxes Muscles
Kenko Back Orthopedic Back Stretcher - Adjustable Back Cracking Device for Back Pain Relief, Posture Correction, Spinal Decompression, and Sciatica - Perfect Lumbar Support for Chair and Car Seat...What I like:The device is easy to use. I've found that I benefit most by using it regularly (3 times daily on average, about 10-12 minutes per session).Since I've been using the back stretcher, I've noticed continued improvement regarding the frequency and severity of pain and tightness in my lower-middle back.I especially like how the product allows my spine to align in a relaxed manner, which I prefer over forced manipulation.I currently weigh 203 lbs and I'm 5' 10" tall, and the product is appropriately sized and compatible with my frame and body weight. The product holds its shape well, so there's been no deformation from repeated use.The product is easy to store and lightweight. What I don't like:There's nothing I don't like about the product.I would order this item again.

Well Made, Works Well, Portable, Good Value
This is a nice back stretcher! First off, it feels nicely made and doesn't feel cheap. It's very easy to setup and use. I slouch a lot which I know is not good for my back or posture, however, this device appears to be helping me stretch out those muscles and is slowly starting to help me correct my bad posture. I know it will take some more time to use it for it to work properly, but I really like the results so far!

Not very sturdy at shallowest setting, but overall pretty good
At the shallowest setting, the plastic bends quite a bit and doesn't really do its job, but at the other two settings it works great. Also, the blue foam piece is not attached to the product, you have to tuck it in both ends and it tends to fall out often. Other than those two small complaints, it works really well. My back feels great afterwards and I like that I can fold it flat when not using it so it stores easily. Overall I recommend this!

Great for stretching the back after sitting for long hours or standing long hours
The ad says that can be used on the chair or car seat as support, but I'll say that if you wanna make it actually work, you want to use it on the floor and lay on top of it, it does the job, because of it's flexibility it gives you a better comfort than those made with high density foams and solid blocks, at the same time that gives enough resistance to actual stretching the back, I work standing most of the time and moving around, so after a long day arriving home and laying for a bit on it makes me few a new person.

Does the job and easy to store
This is a great device for times where I can't get to the chiropractor but still need to get something stretched or popped. For Simpsons fans, this is kind of like the "Homer's trash can" episode. It has the right curve that when you lie on it, your own body weight helps do a basic stretch that can usually pop some stuck joints. Again, not a replacement for your chiropractor, but a decent substitute to tide you over.

Good back stretcher
I'm still not entirely sure if I'm using it right, but it seems to feel good and helps me stretch and crack my back. I definitely feel better afterwards. It's plastic, so hopefully it lasts longer...
