This works perfectly for great ice cream making!

I love this. I made my first tub of ice cream, lemon to be exact, and it turned out well. Only thing that would be nice is if the container came with a cover, but put the ice cream in a different container and threw it in the freezer.

I’ve tried several times, with several of the included recipes, but it’s never worked. It has never frozen into ice cream, not even thick enough to consider it a milkshake. The motor gets very warm to the touch, and has over heated and shut itself off twice. I keep the bottom part permanently in the freezer, so I can’t get it any colder. Put the whole unit in my cold garage last night hoping it might help, still no luck. Kept checking every 30 minutes and after 2 hours I gave up.

I purchased because of food allergies. I want to control what I eat. I have only used a couple of times. Both times, ice cream was ready in 20 minutes after keeping canister in freezer overnight. Still working on finding the perfect recipe for a nice creamy texture, no fault of the ice cream maker. I like that I do not need to add ice or salt, just plug in a go!

I have not been able to use as yet, What will soon I hope. Product appears of Study construction and like weight. Will review once used.Update 7/7/25: Decreasing StarsI have used this product several times since purchase. Freezes ingredients okay but Very difficult to get icecream out when finished, messy, and turner inside comes lose sometimes getting stuck in cream. Would not buy again. Looking for a more user friendly product
