I liked the color and size and purchased it to put over my ugly plastic carpet protector. With the cling backing it holds tight to the ground surface very well (thus, I would recommend knowing where you want it to go first). Highly recommend. I ended up buying 2 to get a larger coverage.

I've had this chair mat for a little over 5 months, and I do really love it! i haven't noticed any dents from my chair and haven't had to replace it, which surprised me for its affordable price! it looks good and my chair rolls on it like any floor. The only people i maybe wouldn't recommend this for are people with cats. I have a white cat and once a month I have to deep clean the cat hair out of here. I do love the appearance and i still love it despite the cleaning!

I was hoping for a stylish chair mat which would accent my home office. This mat does that, however, it is too flimsy to withstand the chair's wheel rolling on and off its edge..at which time it curls under the wheel, forcing me to lift the chair to release it from the mat curled beneath. It also shifts on the carpeted floor constantly.I was going to return it, but the process is not the smooth, no charge option of simply dropping it off at Whole Foods, or a UPS store. I'm going to eat the cost and find a better mat

Very good product, well crafted. Although it folds, it is flat and seamless on my low pile carpet. The chair roles very well and easy on it. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, which it is worthy of because I wish it was just a little stiffer. Do not know how it would perform on deeper pile carpet? Perfect for hardwood/tile floors. If I had hardwood/tile floors, I would buy this over the plastic/glass ones. It is a very good product, no complaints. Happy with it.
