Turk is a decent supplement. I have noticed some minor strength gains after taking for quite some time. This is a great quality supplement, however it’s expensive to run in a stack. There are other companies that are as effective and a little cheaper.

So, from my limited research into Ecdysterone, and particularly complexed in this way, I have seen that there have been studies conducted into their effects. Unfortunately, most studies you can find use rats or similar as the subjects. Nevertheless, Ecdysterone complexed with Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin does seem to be more bioavailable within those test subjects.All of these types of supplements have a degree vagueness regarding their actual impact on a human. They may "work" on some people, and not on others. To my knowledge, there's a significant amount of control for other variables that has to be accounted for (or removed altogether) in a legitimate trial, and personal experiences may only be considered anecdotal, for that reason.With that said, Gorilla Mind as a company tends toward providing products which have strong scientific backing. Whether products like this one are an outlier in their lineup is up for individual interpretation. Gorilla Mind has seemed to want to stay at the forefront of what's being talked about in the fitness community, and that doesn't always mesh perfectly with providing thoroughly proven products. In some regards, if the only alternative is to not provide a product like this at all, then I would prefer they did, and allowed the consumer to make the decision about whether it's right for them or not.With that out of the way, I personally didn't notice any substantial increases in any areas while using this product. Even if I had, it would be difficult to isolate this supplement as THE one that caused it, with so many other extenuating factors also at play. I also didn't notice any negative effects at all, so I would say that at least from my own personal experience, it's safe to try if that's what you'd like to do. They do seem to offer a satisfaction guarantee, which may give some peace of mind.This Ecdysterone Complex may be worth a try for those that have an established routine, but have otherwise plateaued in some aspects of their development. Once you have your calories, protein, and creatine locked in and you feel ready to try something new, maybe give it a shot.

Was not happy when I got my product and realized when I read the ingredients that it contains mercury and lead both are known carcinogens that can cause cancer try to contact them to get my money back and send them back to product. Haven’t heard back from Amazon or gorilla.
