My daughter loved this bag for school. She used it all last yearIt was cute and held up all year. She ended up getting something on it. I thought I would have to throw it away. I washed it in the hopes of the stain would come out and it did the book bag stayed intact surprisingly

Nice and sturdy bag . Still using approx 1 year . Colors didnt fade . Good quality

The media could not be loaded. Overall 4 -5 stars, the design is as pictured, colors are true , all zippers work perfectly, 4 stars on durability - some parts like the shoulder straps seem very sturdy but the fabric on the inside pockets don't seem like great quality, time will tell. I love that it has many pockets, it will help the kids keep their stuff organized. Plenty of space very practical, water bottle pocket is deep and the right size for a small water bottle.

Really cute backpack , a lot of pockets to hold stuff aka a lot of storage. Last long.

It has a ton of storage and it had cool features like a bunny only thing is that it’s sometimes a little hard to zip up

Edit: absolutely horrible customer service. I wrote a poor review on this bag that broke very quickly. Of course (as usual), the seller reached out via email to make it right. I was offered a refund and accepted. Then I get another email asking if I’d like a replacement. I responded I’d like the refund as I’ve replaced the bag already. Then I was ghosted. For the price and quality (and horrendous customer service), look elsewhere. I feel like I’ve been swindled and I do hope to prevent someone else for getting taken advantage of.My 8 year old used this for one day and it’s already broken. The inside zipper pull to the “hidden pocket” has come off. This pocket doesn’t even receive any stress from weight inside the bag. Very disappointed.Update: The main zipper to the biggest compartment broke today. Not even a week and a half after getting it. Very upsetting. I ordered a much better bag that I bought for my oldest that’s very sturdy. Disappointed in this bag. My 8 year old daughter was squealing with glee when it came in and a week and a half later, it’s going in the garbage. Don’t waste your money. It’s very cute but doesn’t hold up to a second grader. I will give it one very MINOR compliment. The bunny is completely removable so she’s able to keep that. But I did have to sew the bunny back together because the stitching didn’t hold up either. The smallest silver lining in the world I guess.
