Pretty Good. Happy so far.
I was nervous of buying this as the reviews were a bit 50/50. But armed with their information really helped I think. The taps look great. Good quality. The water does come out a bit oddly, not one full stream but aerated (like it's going through a colander). This is not problem for me. The bit I was most worried about was parts being 'loose' as described by some customers. My plumber took extra care to tighten all the rubber seals etc as tight as he could. He got it rock solid but said it was a little loose at first. Also after he went the tap handles unscrewed a bit (easy enough to screw back tight) and I think it's because my kids were turning them too much. Anyway, it's been a week and its perfect really and a lot cheaper than the shop versions. So so far so good.

Poor attention to details
UPDATE AFTER 1.5 YEARS OF USE:Dropping the rating to 2 stars only as one of the taps started to leak (shouldn't happen to quarter turn cartridges that soon). To make things more difficult, the cartridges in those taps are very rare (non-standard fixing screw thread etc.) so it's quite difficult to replace.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW:The taps feel nicely heavy and look good (haven't fitted them yet don't know how they perform). It is clear, however, that the attention paid to details wasn't enough:1) Contrary to picture here on Amazon and on the manufacturer's website, the tap is open when the lever is at the right angle, not the other way around! It might be just me, but I feel like it's really irrational - when you turn the level so it's aligned along the tap, it kind of visually 'allows' water to flow throw it. I chose these taps specifically because their picture was suggesting the opposite, and yet here we are. It might be possible to unscrew the cap and re-fit the lever correctly, but I am yet to figure out whether it's possible and how to do that without scratching the chrome.UPDATE: Figured that out and the level orientation can indeed be changed. Unfortunately the remaining 2 issues cannot be fixed like this.2) The level on one of the two taps is wobbly and can be moved a couple of degrees sideways before it starts turning the valve.3) When in extreme 'open' or 'closed' positions, the levels are not exactly at the right angle, it's again about 2 odd degrees out of the right angle.I hope this pair will last, but the first impression was poor.

Quite tall
It's a good quality tap and the seller was good and prompt, but it is taller than it seems in the photo, so be sure to check the dimensions before buying.

QUALITY APPEARANCE
Pleasing retro appearance with quality chrome plating.Getting the hot and cold inserts were fiddly to align and the position of the levers are a little different to at right angles but perfectly acceptable.

Love these taps, attractive and well made.
Very attractive taps that add a nice bit of character to the basin they're attached to. Far more attractive than the square, blocky ugly things that seem to litter all the stores these days, these have a nice shape and finish that adds a little extra to a bathroom or small room. Construction is good, materials seem to be of a high quality and the finish is highly polished. Movement is easy on the levers and there has been no leaking or dripping from these. The great thing about lever taps is... that you can't over-screw them and destroy the washer. Perfect for children or people with arthritis or other disability.

Nice units, well made and you can see the difference in quality against some of the large store outlets. Relatively easy to fit even for the amateur.
