It’s a lighter mint flavor. It makes your mouth feel fresh without the sting or mouth feel of a listerine.It’s effective at making your teeth feel smooth and scrubbing away food and plaque. I am pregnant and have sensitive gums but this toothpaste didn’t bother them at all! It’s gentle.The tube is easy to squeeze the toothpaste out of and it’s easy to get every last bit out. I’ve also tried this brand’s floss and mouthwash - it’s great as well.
