Love all the ginger pieces in the jar not all jelly.
Been trying to purchase again for a while, determined not to run out as eaten most mornings on toast as part of my breakfast so bought six jars to see me over the Winter months as it’s just delightful. In desperation waiting to find I bought an own brand supermarket jar which was complete rubbish compared to these never to buy theirs again now I know where I can order more.

High stem ginger content
This is a truly delicious conserve with one of the highest fruit to sugar ratios found among the various ginger jams/conserves. It has a lovely warmth due to the high content of stem ginger: the only sadness is that it only lasted 4 days. it's just too delicious to hang around for very long!
