I like the overall performance I might be doing something wrong it mixing it ratio wise.....? But I don't see any color as I Downstream it or if I use a pump sprayer. Nor do I smell the Lemon scent . But do to the suds I can tell when I'm applying chem. and when I am not.

Love the product, it worked great. I found 6oz per gal worked best.The smell is weak but it winds up smelling like "your mom cleaning the house".Next, I'm going to try apple-southern-twang, I hope it masks the SH better. But I still have a lot of this to go.

Cleaned the vinyl siding very well !!! Used 6 0nces per gallon of water. No bleach used in mixture. Great product!!!!!

I own a Power Washing Company and have tried many surfactants out there and only use This Surfactant now. It smells great, Clings to siding and roofs and goes a long way. I high recommend this for soft washing.

Didn't work like I hoped still working on a strength ratio !

a very small amount mixed with Chlorine or Bleach increases the effectiveness of the bleach considerably. I used a lower concentration of bleach and it outperformed a stronger concentration of bleach and it outperformed the "30 Seconds" products that are available in retail stores. I have a larger home, and I was able to wash the entire exterior and some wooden fencing with 2 gallons of bleach and 8 oz of this product. the gallon will last me for years!
