I've purchased this product twice now. The first time I was satisfied with it when it arrived, but the last time I purchased it, it arrived smashed and broken. A shame, the crumbs tasted great. I left a review explaining what happened and the company reached out to make it right, which I was not expecting. It's a great small company that creates a great product. Next time I purchase from them, I won't be purchasing this box however. I will be purchasing their covered cookie box set as that was my wife's favorite from this tin. So why not have oops all cookies. Still 5/5 in my mind.

This has a beautiful assortment of biscotti and a couple of other snacks that are delicious and beautifully presented.

There is an update to this review at the bottom.--Original Review (two stars):The product is way too expensive (I’d say it’s worth around $30.00) and some of the chocolates came melted or soft and the Oreos were mushy/humid (if that makes sense). I’m honestly pretty disappointed. The flavor combinations, though, are really nice. If they were fresher I think I’d really like them.--Update:I was contact by the seller and offered a full refund for my purchase. I declined this offer, but I did accept a replacement.The new confections were significantly better than the previous ones. They were much fresher and not humid. There was also a handwritten and personalized note included which was a very nice touch.The only reason I'm bringing this up to a four-star review and not a five-star review is that I feel as though the first package should have arrived in this condition (although the cooler and drier weather may have a played a part in this) and I still think the price is a little steep.Overall, if you're willing to fork over the cash, I do recommend this product, especially considering that you're backed not only by Amazon's generous refund policy, but also by a company that clearly actually cares about its customers.
