Disappointed ...
I opted for this because some of the reviews stated it was 'difficult at first'. No, to my mind, it is simply unfit for the job. It either didn't cut all the way around or it didn't cut at all. This dispite buying associated accessories to go with it, i.e. mat. Further, the initial listing I looked at stated it didn't come with a blade so I bought two from another supplier (needlessly). Two important points. 1). I can't now be bothered to send it back given I've bought from two different vendors and 2). I've given this two stars simply bacause I'm concerned fewer people will see it if I give it only one.

Too difficult to use
Unfortunately I had to return this. I haven't been able to cut a single decent looking circle with it. I was using it to cut circular stickers printed on sticky paper. Unfortunately it's impossible to line up at the center as someone though it was a good idea to make the handle orange instead of transparent like the rest. Even then, the cuts I've done with it were not clean enough to be usable. Nice try, but design needs perfection.

Requires light not firm pressure
Received today and was ready to return as I could not get it to work properly! However after a bit of fiddling I realised that if you press it too firmly on the orange knob it just does not work because it becomes unbalanced. The secret is to add slight pressure and turn the circular middle, then it cuts ok. Appalling instructions though and hardly surprising it has such bad reviews.

Substantial blade needed
The measuring and transparency feature is good but the blade being small and unsubstantial means the circle has to be gone over several times

Good... for a few cuts
Bought this to start cutting out circular bits of paper/card to be used for an event. Despite being really difficult to line-up with pre-printed logos, it did cut fairly accurate circles for the first few. But then the blade went blunt, it started leaving ragged edges, and just generally got worse. Swapped the blade out but that was the same, good for a few, then blunt. If you know the size you want, would definitely recommend the stamp cutters instead

Absolutely rubbish
Absolute rubbish, not worth the cost.Tears the paper being cut, leaves ugly edges, totally useless
