I had a very bad chest infection got very heavy with mucas doctor gave me penicillin cleared my chest but could not stop crapping like a waterfall having crohns disease it was a total nightmare so I read a artical on bacteria good and bad ones bought some from holland an barratt but they did not work dissolving in the stomach to quick with quest brand they are anti acid so take longer to break down I always take one half an hour before my lunch 1-130 so its ahead of the food my poos are more like they should be not big ones but i do eat more brown bread and brown pasta white bread has a lot of sugar bad bacteria love sugary stuff biscuits cakes spoon sugar all stuff that contain it make sure you dont take sugary items on a empty stomach you will feeding the bad bacteria try to keep your gut in harmony and these capsules will realy help I do get my bad daysIF THERE WERE NOT ANY BAD DAYS THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY GOOD ONES MOST DAYS ARE GOOD WITH THESE.

After my bowel operation in 1988 I had at first annual check ups during which more than one polyp was removed at each session. In 2005 when my wife's IBS was cured after partaking of probiotic drinks, and after I had three polyps removed from my bowel I decided to try this product. By then my checks were every five years and in 2011 the examination revealed there were no polyps in sight. Another checkup in 2016 saw just one polyp being removed. After dozens of polyps being removed in seventeen years there was just one during the eleven years I had been taking just two Quest probiotics a day. I have every faith in this preparation and would be happy to share any other information required.

Although a low dose, it is a very good make as it is acid resistant to ensure the bacteria enters the intestine and is not digested in the stomach.
