Easy focus. Easy zoom function. Light weight but quality feel. Little jittery at full zoom but acceptable and unsurprising at that magnification. Support your arm and that sorts the problem out at full zoom. Good light gathering for diameter, and good for panning along . Rubber eye pieces work well. Good case. Very pleased . Have been looking forward to getting a pair and after research, they’ve met expectations.

I bought it for watching wildlife and general use. The pouch, however, is a downside as it is flimsy and of insufficient size as I had to provide additional velcrow to enable closure, and the camera was still then easily removed by our dog who then caused damage. The zoom does not give anywhere near the claimed 45 times magnification, though that would probably way in excess of any normal requirement, but instead does provide a quite useful, at a guess, 15 times. Overall, a handy and worthy instrument.

Was looking for some binoculars with no clear purpose in mind and my wife sent me a link to this one.I liked it and after getting one I like it even more. Very good quality, feels really good.Setting the distance between ones eyes is crucial (more so than with larger binoculars simply because theoutput spot is smaller) but once you get this right it works great.Being able to vary the zoom is also great - though at the highest zoom one just cannot get quite a stableview (physics), yet still usable. I have a feeling that the focus is a bit worse at the highestzoom - but even if it is the optics' fault and not that of hand tremor, haze etc. it is still OK (obviously darkerthough, 45x zoom at this lens size can't be very bright).

My initial thoughts on the first use of the Sunagor binoculars, are that they are very good for their size and as for their use...well I used them to look at aircraft, different shapes and sizes with varying distances and movement. The clarity is very,very good. Recommended. The only two things that niggle me are as follows, the lens cap for the eyepieces, a good design to be an attached one piece cap, are loose on fitting and should be tighter on the eyepiece to keep out the dust. The other thing is the focus eyepiece (in order to establish correct vision) could also be tighter, you might find you may need to reset you personal setting as it may have have moved over time. For me, they are the best compact bins I have used in a while and I like the personal touch the company are trying to achieve with their customers.

Good idea, but hard to use and even harder to actually see through

I got these as a birthday/retirement present for my husband. He is very impressed on how lightweight they are and the extent of the zoom facility. Despite being compact the images are light and sharp even at full focus. From my prospective- the binoculars arrived the following day after ordering and that was on standard free delivery, so excellent service. The only slight drawback is the lens caps are a bit loose but this is a minor problem to the overall excellent product

Good compact binoculars. Not very clear at max zoom
