Rustic Meat Serving Board
The meat serving board has a rustic look and perfect to serve your choice of meat in. These are made with REAL wood and I condition them with food grade mineral oil. Definitely will buy more.

Excellent product- so far!
I ordered 6 of them. 1 came in cracked in the middle, hence 4 stars. Ordered a replacement which arrived very quickly. Oiled all of them with a light layer of mineral oil. Used them 3 times. Washed and oiled them after every use. They have been pretty solid so far.

It’s gorgeous…but
My board is beautiful and much bigger than I thought it would be; however, I really only wanted the reddish colored acacia wood and is really the reason I ordered this boat over many others offered but mine does not have that rich hue. Very disappointed.

First impression is impressive.
I just received this plate today, so I cannot attest to durability, especially as the plate is not one solid piece of wood but is a three-piece laminate. I can attest to the fact that it is beautiful and seems of good construction. The wood is very hard, unlike some other products here touted as acacia. As noted by some others, the juice channels are pretty rough and not finished nearly to the same smoothness as the rest of the plate.I saw the same plate advertised at another site for $95, so the price here at Amazon is amazing. If I encounter problems I will update as necessary, but for now, this plate seems like a 5-star purchase.

High Quality Cutting Board and Meat Plate For Dinners
The media could not be loaded. I was pretty impressed by the craftsmanship and quality of this cutting board. As soon as I opened it, I knew I would try to use it as a dinner plate for when I cook meats at home like steaks and chicken. In the video, I made brown rice and chicken thighs seasoned. The juice groves allow you to pour sauce also that makes its way into the side dish (in this case the brown rice). The board itself looks very durable and even has a ring hole so you can hang it in the kitchen with your other utensils, pans, and lids. I will definitely be using this to eat steaks off of too. A lot of thought went into the design of the groves.

Good design, confused by the description
It’s a cool design; the ‘juice grooves’ gives the ‘juice’ somewhere to go as you cut the steak. That’s great, but the ‘juice grooves’ lead to an ‘inset tray’, which you would think is just meant to be the collection point for the meat juice. But apparently, it’s not. According to the description, it’s meant to ‘separate your sides from your protein’. Which is also shown in several pictures. That would only make sense if you want your meat juice to flow into your sides, and you intended to eat right off your cutting board. As long as you use a little critical thinking and don’t use the cutting board explicitly as its described, it works great.I did ding one star as one of the feet popped off in transit. I saw in other reviews that I am not the only one this has happened to. It’s not a huge deal. Just had to sand the old glue off, and put some fresh wood glue in its place. Good as new.

Beautiful grain!
I love wood boards and own several for charcuterie creations. Because of the drainage canals in this one, it is a perfect meat cutting and serving tray. The acacia wood has a beautiful grain to it and this board did not disappoint. It is quite big and a nice thickness. There will be many a meat servings coming off of this one. Plus, I get to serve in a very stylish manner!

I personally do not consider it handmade.
This cutting board has a good heft and nice grain. Overall it is a nice cutting board. I just have a couple of problems, one with the finish and one with the description. I don't recall seeing any mention on how the cutting board was finished. I want to know if the board was rubbed with linseed oil or some other product to seal and protect the grain. On the cutting board I received, it is difficult to tell if anything was used on it as it has a rough feel to the grain.d be helpful if there was a card inserted with this kind of information.Secondly, in my earlier years, have done a lot of woodwork in my 66 years. I know I am being nit-picky about this but, in the description of this product it specifies "handmade". Personally, to me "handmade" technically means that it is made with no power tools. Thus, the name "handmade". It is easy to see that a router (and possibly a jig) was used to cut out the pattern in the wood. I'm not even going to go into table saws, planers, edgers and sanders.
