A powerful machine.
I purchased this guy after a lot of research on available machines made for moving trailers. The price ranges for these machines are all over the place. You can go inexpensive or spend a $1000.00 or more. You can believe every review on this machine, they are mostly correct. This is what I now know. If you only need to move a trailer on occasion, just get a buddy to help, save your money. If as in my case, I need to move trailers frequently, therefore I can justify the purchase. That being said, This machine will not move any real weight in loose gravel or sand. it just digs in. However on a solid surface it will definitely move your trailer. Keep in mind that it does not have a brake and once it is moving weight it does not stop immediately so just be careful. The machine has surprising torque and you do need to put some effort into driving it (more for steering). A moderate amount of down pressure effort is required for traction to drive it with a load attached but it is advertised as such I think. I know some reviews mentioned that.I am not sorry about the purchase just wanted let you guys know what I see so far. I'm happy with it and not sorry about the price. You do get what you pay for.

Poor cabling led to shorting out unit so it does not work
Assembly is easy. The cable from the electric motor to the battery through connectors is too short. When assembling, one of the wires popped out of the white connector. We pushed it back in and the unit worked for a short period of time. After one week I attempted to use it again. I turned on the power switch and nothing worked. When I turned the power switch off the light remained on for awhile and then turned off. My thought is the whole unit shorted out. What would be helpful is if they added some length to the cable from the motor to the connector so its not so tight and there is no pressure on the cable wires. Thankfully I have coverage. I contacted Amazon and they are replacing the machine. I hope the next one works. If not, I'll be sending back for a full refund.

No brakes
The media could not be loaded. I should have bought this a long time ago. This unit very so strong. I can pull my 4000 lbs travel trailer with no problem. The unit doesn't have any brakes which I don't understand why. I added an electric brake controller myself and it works well ,now I feel safe on my steep driveway

Does what it says to this point
Was pretty much as described. Would give it a 5 star but have not been able to do all of the testing on moving my trailer on all situations, but am pretty sure it will work for what I bought it for.

I love this buggy
Very powerful and easy to operate. I use this to move trailers on uneven ground and it works awesome. We'll built and stable, it handles trailers with smooth operation allowing movement in tight areas. A must have!

Worked a few times and died
I purchased this to move my boat trailer and boat around. Normally the boat sits on a jetdock so I don’t trailer or move the trailer very much. I only use it when I put the boat in the garage for hurricanes or when I’m not gonna use it for several months. I probably use the device four or five times and it worked OK although it was hard to keep the wheels on the ground. Now the device will not charge. I replaced the charger and at least the toggle switch light comes on, but the device does nothing, it is completely shot. I wish I had spent another $500 and purchase the American made device. I don’t even know where to go next as I’ve read the reports about this companies, customer service and it seems futile. I might as well take it to the dump.
