This are real European buckwheat groats. The real deal! Roasted to perfection, nutty in flavor and doesn’t fall apart when cooked. Every grain remains separate , whole and fluffy after cooking. I lightly coat the groats with melted butter in a pan, then add water and cook like rice till water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and enjoy. My favorite breakfast cereal with milk or as a side with meat or mushrooms for dinner. Nutritious, the aroma is heavenly and you get a lot in the big size bag.

Groats are hard to find locally. These arrived quickly. It is a large package for the money and they taste fresh and crunchy.

I took some online advice I read and bought Groats from Russia. The advice was right. They are MUCH better than what's available in the States. I highly recommend this buckwheat brand.
