A friend whose husband is a sushi chef told me about this product as my husband is an avid fisherman. These sheets extract excess moisture from fish or meat, intensifying the flavor. I defrosted frozen Rockcod in the sheet and it cooked up with a really lovely crust that I couldn't get previously. Tonight I used it to wrap a tri-tip roast while bringing it to room temp- it was the best I've made. I will keep this as a staple in my pantry.

戸棚の奥から随分前に買ったこちらを最近発見。購入履歴見たら、4年前の2020年に買ったものでした汗。最近使い始めたのですが鶏もも肉はプリッと、生鮭とステーキ肉は臭みがなくなりました。あと水分が抜けたからか火の通りも早くなりました。何で今まで放置していたのかと後悔しています…。毎日使うものでもないし巻くだけで料理が美味しくなるのを考えたらコスパもいいと思うのでまた購入すると思います。
