Got a new ultrawide and desk mount before realising how much pressure the c-clamp would be putting on a relatively small surface area of my 1.7cm thick desk. The plates are rock solid and have good weight, with a layer of soft grippy padding to preserve the desk. Peace of mind now.

Not much to say, they're solid metal plates that do their job well. The soft padding prevents damage to your desk nicely as well.I wanted white but wasn't going to pay twice as much for a different colour. A quick sand, sprayed them with primer and metal paint, now they look just as good... in case you wanted to save some money ;)

These pieces feel heavy and well made and have done the job. so far (about 1 month or so).I used them to attach a monitor arm to the lower shelf of a Fredde gaming desk. The monitor arm holds a BenQ 27 inch monitor (weight c6.5kg).They blend in well with the colour of the desk and seem to be doing their job well so far.

These are excellent to spread the weight of a monitor stand so it does not mark the desk.It's a simple metal plate, but well coated in a matt black paint that is scratch resistant

Brilliant solution to let you mount an arm to am ikea desk. I have an OLED 34 inch monitor and a 27 inch Samsung monitor on a dual arm with this and its holding great, no eating into the desk.

I got this to use on an IKEA UTESPELARE desk which has a metal mesh rear edge which I was wary of fitting a dual monitor stand on.This seems a solid product, it's two pieces of weighty metal with a foam back so it doesn't mark.The desk is black and the plate looks like it's part of the desk.So far so good and the monitors are clamped firm.

I’ve got one of those cheap Ikea desks made with a honey comb filling and my mounted monitor stand started to dig into it and bend my desk under the weight of my monitors, so I though the solution would be to buy a sturdier desk for more money or 2 single monitor stands, but this product is such a money saver and great product. Perfect size too so it doesn't take up too much room or visual space. Definitely recommend if you have the same problem!

I'm using with the ergotro HX and as that has a wide upper base support part, I'm just using the lower plate. The upper plate has a few scratches on and was a little ugly.
