the quality of the product is very poor and after sale service is very precarious. despite repeated requests and sending them videos /photographs of the dilapidated product, an executive chair, they did not bother to attend to the complaint and as a result the chair had to discarded by me within six months of purchase though they guaranteed the product comprehensively for any fault for three years by charging extra from me. I will never recommend their products to anybody and advise against buying from them . They behaviour on phone was uncourteous and rude.

The chair wasn't that easy to assemble. Luckily I know someone who assembles these type of chairs, so I got it assembled. Aslo the "Allenkey" is missing. I repeatedly contacted in the given number, but no avail . I even sent my invoice to them, they responded but it was fake promise to send, since it has been nearly 20 days and they didn't send the Allenkey. Coming to comfort, yes the chair is very comfortable, and very good for long hours.

The upholstery quality seem to be good but I am not satisfied with frame quality and its finishing. The assembly bolts were rusted but I had to clean with a clenser and use it. Plastic caps at arm bolting doesn't sit properly and giving a very bad anesthetics.Overall, I decided to accept as it is as the package is heavy and need of the hour

I am writing this review to warn other potential buyers about the Fugo Executive Chair. I received this chair from Amazon India on September 4th, 2023, and I am returning it today, September 6, 2023. Thanks to Amazon for the service BUT very disappointed with this company. Don't know why it is listed on Amazon.I was initially drawn to this chair by its positive reviews and affordable price. However, after using it for a few months, I am very disappointed with the comfort and quality of this chair.The first thing I noticed was that the chair is not very comfortable. The seat is hard and the backrest is not supportive. I found myself getting uncomfortable after sitting in the chair for just a few hours.Another problem with this chair is that it is not very well-made. The armrests are wobbly and the base is made of cheap plastic. I am worried that the chair will not last very long.Overall, I am very disappointed with the Fugo Executive Chair. I would not recommend this chair to anyone.Here are some specific points about the chair that I found to be negative:The seat is hard and uncomfortable.The backrest is not supportive.The armrests are wobbly.The base is made of cheap plastic.The chair is not very well-made.I would not recommend this chair to anyone. The product came in very good packaging. Though I was confused initially, but the assembling was super easy. I sent a whatsapp msg to the support group from Nice Chair and they sent me a youtube video that made the assembling a cakewalk.The chair is very comfortable and the tilt functionality works perfectly. The height adjustment functionality works correctly and the back support is really nice. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
