Fat Cat On A Mat Phonics Reader

Great for the little ones learning to read, my 4 year old is starting school in a couple of months and has loved reading these books (series) and learns how to read new words really easily as they are repeated over and over through the stories. He loves the stories too.

This is an excellent read for early phonics and is a good story for young children. They are able to get involved by opening the flaps and can hunt out the duck on each page. Bought this for my grandson, he loves it and has helped him with his reading.

Not only do I love these books, but more important my grand daughter loves them too and knows the titles that we have bought and the ones we still have to purchase. The flash cards that go with this series are also favourites.

Confusing story due to too much emphasis on phonetics.
