Nice stripper
Never had a mechanical stripper before and always wanted one but never had the need until recently and I love the thing now.Read complaints about these and some supposed inability for to work on various cable types and durability, but I had no issues stripping twin and earth and the cables inside, along with different size cables that were external flex of different diameter.The cutting movement is nice, enjoyable to strip cables, grip is good, quality is good, has not had any issues with operation and value is also good.

Nice strippers, work wellOnly downside is the plastic length adjuster which is a bit flimsy and for the rest of the quality let's it down a little hence the 4 stars

Very good
Used for car radio wiring, good at stripping delicate wires and the crimps worked very nicely too. Worth spending a few £ more for the version with the box of crimps, as it's all together in a tidy package.

It's easier than it looks.
I have just used this to repair a damaged cord. It made the stripping of the outer sheath and inner wires incredibly easy compared with my past methods. If you are not sure how to use it, there are plenty of videos on tube.

Work flawlessly on mains or smaller diameter cable, neat cuts, strip many inner cables in one go
Wow! These are excellent and so useful to have in the tool bag. As soon as I opened the package I was really impressed by the quality of the materials used and the overall construction.Couldn't wait to try them so grabbed a length of UK mains socket twin and earth and gave them a go. Straight out of the package with no adjustment necessary, one 'click' and the outer sheath was stripped quicker, neater and easier than I've ever managed with a knife. Nice!Laid the inner cables into the grippy blade bit and pulled the trigger again - WOW! Inner cables stripped to perfection.Tried the blade for cutting a full bit of twin and earth next - no problem, straight through it nice and neat. How on earth did I ever manage to sort electrics out without these?This is a super easy 5 stars from me and I've only had them 20 minutes! These are going to save me so much time and hassle with the sockets I've got to rewire.

Product is fine and reasonably well made. Definate lack of instructions on how it's features work though. This only 3 *
