Delicious and inexpensive
Fabulous! Taste, etc. are just wonderful in all applications that need fat. Kept in refrigerator. I kept track of how often I used this bucket to refill an old Epic duckfat jar. 10 times exactly! That comes out to less than half of the price of ten 11 ounce jars.

Allergy free, preservative free Duck Fat for allergies to cooking oil
I have made three purchases of Good Vittles antibiotic free duck fat. I use duck fat due to extreme allergies to conventional cooking oils. I have tried other brands, but Good Vittles does not contain preservatives that initiate food allergies. The quality is always excellent, and I will continue to order this product.

Quality Duck Fat
I read reviews that this Duck Fat wouldn't solidify when cold. I did not experience this. Indeed, it arrived in solidified form. I've also read reviews that complained of a rancid smell. I certainly did not experience this either. I found it to be quality Duck Fat. Every year on New Year's Eve we cook a completely over the top gourmet meal. This year, I made Duck Confit. You need quite a bit of Duck Fat for Confit (especially when you are making as many as we did for our guests). I used this Duck Fat and the Confit turned out delicious, everyone loved it. And, the best part is being able to strain and reuse the Duck Fat for a variety of dishes, such as Duck Fat Fried Potatoes. I would definitely recommend this Duck Fat. I wasn't disappointed in the least!

The real deal, like in France!
Gone are the days of fatty foods being demonized, swept away by a tidal shift in embracing fat again as a healthy part of our diet. Got this as my first duck fat cooking tryout here in the US and filled my deep fryer with it. My french fries were just like the best I ever had in France, delicious and kind on my arteries. I cook everything with it, this duck fat replaces oil and butter giving food a much refined and natural taste. And it's so much better for your health! I started to embrace duck fat for health reasons, but also reaped the benefits of a long, delicious culinary tradition of cooking with fat. Especially duck fat. The health factor plays into it: duck fat contains 6.3 grams of “good” monounsaturated fat. Free from the additives you might get in margarine or butter, duck fat is usually one natural ingredient: pure fat from ducks. There’s the health aspect, but there’s also the taste: duck fat helps give some dishes extra depth, elevating savory main courses and sides, and developing certain flavors in other surprising places. Great product: It comes in a very well packed snug carton and sturdy bucket. Worth every penny and top quality!
