Neutrogena T/Sal Therapeutic Shampoo, Scalp Build-Up Control 4.5 oz

This is my new favorite shampoo for itchy dandruff scalp. I use a regular shampoo on the first scrub and this on the second scrub. I let it sit in while I bathe.

At this moment I can rate the product with 5 stars , It does not smell as a new asphalt as other Neutrogena shampoo I bought before. I do not have any problems with my scalp but I have some pimples on my face that I believe are from my previous shampoos. Used this shampoo for 2 weeks, and I can tell you that I did not have any new pimples on the face since I’m washing my face with this shampoo. So, you have to think, maybe the cause of your acne is your actual shampoo??!

The T-Sal is a medicinal shampoo. If you want to just use it because you want to try it, it's probably not for you. It is recommended for people with psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis. And it does its job very well! Especially in conjunction with certain prescription medications. It has no fragrance which is a great plus and it is a high quality product all around. But just remember - it is medicinal. If you want hair volume, special moisturizing features, or pleasant smell - you are better off trying something else. But if you are suffering from conditions mentioned above - give it a try....

Great shampoo for scalp issues. Not drying or oily....ljust right.

A bit harsh on hair but very good for exfoliating the scalp. Recommend rinsing hair with conditioner first, then using this, then following up with a moisture-rich shampoo and hair masque or conditioner. But totally worth the hassle if you've got a gunky scalp, just twice a week of this really makes a big difference.

works, but only use if you have *really* bad oiliness and dandruff, maybe even ask a dermatologist first

I received the product exactly as the photos stated. It looks like the product was used and re-shipped. The box the shampoo came in was opened. There is no tamper proof lid on the shampoo. Not safe!
