This works great especially from the second time you notice a difference, i will say it does smell so bad but i usually use another normal shampoo after this which gets rid of the smell. overall worth the money for getting rid of dandruff

My husband has been using the Neutrogena T/Gel Therapeutic Shampoo and we’ve definitely noticed an improvement. His scalp looks much better and the itching has reduced a lot. The only downside is the strong smell, but honestly, the results make it worth it. It really works for dandruff and scalp issues.

So it works since day one to feel more calm in the scalp and after a while it feels less icky. It left the hair also smooth which was good for me . It is not magical if the problem is advance

It works. Used for 1 month and my scalp became healthy. itching stopped. Slight bad smell but bearable for the benefit.
