Hills Bros Donut Shop Ground Coffee, Dark Roast, 24 Oz. Can - Slightly Sweet, Smooth Coffee Taste

UPDATE: What was just 9 bucks a can just jumped to 19 bucks. I'll enjoy what I have, then the search resumes.I used to spend way too much money on coffee thinking I needed Sumatra or some other over priced grind or flavor. What I found over the years is a good normal dark roast allows me to use less coffee and adjust the strength to suit me. This is that coffee. Good full-bodied flavor that can be a strong blend for the cream and sugar or flavored drinkers or less for a lower acidic taste for a great cup of black. I’ve added this to my shortlist that I’ll buy depending on price.

Lately I’ve had an unpleasant reaction to the coffee I drink. It’s left a bad taste in my mouth and acid on my stomach. I remember my dad drinking Hills Bros. And commenting on how smooth it was. I bought a can of Hills Bros and dad was right. It’s a good cup of coffee. There’s no bitter aftertaste and no acid stomach. I’m glad I switched.

great coffee for the price at the time i bought itaroma is great,this is great dark coffeekeeps me awake til nap time..i get up at 330 am just because..and play a video golf game with my husband,,he goes back to bed and i stay up til 1 pmthe richness of the blend..dark roast is good comparable to folgers black silk

Caffeine content just right, great tasting, great quality, robust flavor.

I love the rich taste..bold but smooth. I can even drink it black or with very little cream. It was so reasonably priced. I may switch from my previous brand, Maxwell House.

I used to drink this coffee years ago but couldn’t find it until now. It has a smooth flavor that’s rich in taste which makes it perfect for that morning wake me up without tasting to strong or having an acidity after taste.

It's okay tastes kind of muddy. No bold Rich coffee flavor. I'll drink it because it gives me my caffeine fix. But it doesn't taste like the hills brothers of yesterday. But from that matter nothing tastes as good as it did back in the day. New Xbox babies got your joysticks & your internet. But your quality of life has been severely diminished. You've never even eaten real McDonald's what you're getting is subpar.

I've recently tried Hill's Bros Coffee, and I have to say, it's solid. And everyday Coffee for me. The Aroma and flavor is rich and inviting.
