While I have read this book through I cannot say in all honesty, that I have understood all its connotations but I read it through again several more times and constantly refer to it in the future. The contents are a little overwhelming at first but taken slowly chapter by chapter it is very absorbing.

A nice introduction for the beginner that I am.I thoroughly enjoyed reading this little book.

I like to keep my Spiritual Studies fresh and while I am not new to the subject of Buddhism I chose this book specifically because it is written for Beginners and that can be a fine line in itself because sometimes the word "beginner" can mean "low on good information" but this book really is a good one for Beginners because it has solid information and well written in easy to understand wording and it goes beyond what I consider as Beginner information but it does it in a way that anyone can understand.In closing, if you don't know anything about Buddhism this is a good place to start.
