A great eraser in an easy-to-use pen. Price was very good for three of these. The pen style makes it practical to hold and use the fabulous Staedler eraser in tight spots. The eraser itself has very little debris and cleanly erases without tearing up your paper. It also helps keep the eraser clean between using as the tend to get grimy in a pencil box or drawer. A little goes a long way as well-these erasers last!! I’ve been using these since college for art, crossword puzzles, etc.

I have used many stick erasers and ones with replaceable eraser refill. This one is the most durable and easy to use over and over of the many brands I have used at work and at home over the years. The actual eraser makes clean, smear free, erasing without damaging the paper and with minimal eraser crumbs.

I love the fact that the clip is not the "clicker" or device that advances the eraser forward. The clip on the "other" brand I used previously was also the eraser advancer, so the stick eraser would protrude several inches above my daily planner as the eraser is used over time. Plus, one time the clicker broke so I could no longer advance the eraser let alone clip it on my planner. Staedter has a much better design and the eraser of course erases extremely well.

I am glad I invested in this eraser. It doesn't get pushed back into the holder like the inexpensive erasers. I hesitated to spend the money, but I am very happy I did. I can carry this with my mechanical pencils or traditional pencils and not have to worry when their erasers run out.The craftsmanship of this product is superior to the less expensive erasers, and it pays dividends while working.Nice, smooth eraser that doesn't leave smudges. I can use this in my planner and gradebook without worrying about wrecking or smudging the other information in the books. Erases pencil and leaves pen, allowing me to record completion in pencil, then grades in pen. After that, swipe through to get rid of pencil marks and grades are left clearly in my book.Very happy with this eraser - wish I found it sooner.
