This stuff really works. For my rain-soaked RV along Oregon coast this product is absolutely necessary!The clear liquid (there's also white) for me is best. I like having the option to paint this product on! It gives you way more control over where it is applied, compared to the spray! I have used this for several different applications.I have painted window sills, that my gutters are back dripping onto, it repels the water & keep the wood from rotting. I have sealed gutter seams that were leaking. I painted the inside of a metal trash can that I am using as a Faraday cage to protect my electronics. I figured a layer of rubber would definitely help break the conductivity & keep things safer inside.It does have a VERY strong odor, it took me several days to air out the can I am using for my electronics. Once it is completely dry, it does start to fade, but not completely.Having this around to use & being able to apply as much, or little as I want, is why I got this in a gallon size. You just never know when you are going to need it & when you suddenly do need it, it is nice to have more than a cans worth, which can run out pretty fast when there is actually a situation that needs tending to in a hurry! The fact that it is clear is also a bonus, it works with what ever color your using it on.

Makes a nice thick coat on my porch roof,and it seals really well, a little pricey but you get a good product

This product didn't cover ceiling stains as well.

I used Flex Seal after contacting the company on my swim spa cover after a lot of hail damage. Not only did it work well it was extremely less expensive than a new cover! 1 gallon only covered half of the cover so I ordered a second gallon. I highly recommend Flex Seal!

The best stuff to seal and waterproof, especially around areas where water may leak. I had an older washing machine. It started leaking, but I did not know because it went to the back side and ended up damaging my ceiling below. So now I sealed the whole area so if there is ever a leak again, it has only one direction to go and that’s out the front where I will see the water.

This product sucks! had a thin crack in a tub that I wasn't ready to replace, so I thought I would do a fix that would give me a few months to fix it properly-replace it. I hired a contractor to apply 3 coats waiting 48 hours in between each coat. I thought we were good to go. The product started peeling off with the first shower. Don't waste your money, don't buy this product.

It works amazingly well, however, bought a gallon instead of quarts as needed more than two quarts. Next time will buy by the quart, it sets up fast. Had a skim in can after just a few minutes of use in shade and 70 degree weather. Put a piece of saran wrap over top open enough to expose room for brush or paint paddle which I found worked best for where I was placing. Skims back over after each use. It gets on everything seems like also, drips from the can on transfer will coat whatever you are working on.
