Q: Where can I buy more rope? Any recommendations? My ceilings are about 10.5 feet.

I bought very similar rope at Home Depot. I had the same problem. It’s not exact but close.

Q: Do you need to order the springs and hanging kit suggested? Or does the swing come with everything needed to be hung?

We picked up a pair of swing springs from our local Hardware store. They worked perfectly.

Q: Can I order more rope? We have 10 foot ceilings and I do not want to add metal chain to create more length.
