it came to me, I installed it, everything is beautiful, but the mechanism does not work correctly, the clock leaves different times, it’s not really possible to set them up, what should I do?

Amazing appearnace, Greatly Engineered, Easy to install without the need of skilled hands. All the numbers and the clock can be fixed firmly, But the decorative sticker glue is very weak.

This is amazing and easy to put on wall. Don’t know if I will ever get it off but it looks great

This clock is so simple at it's core (foam letters with a shiny face and a relatively tiny clock mechanism) but looks so grandiose once installed! Installation was really easy and had great instructions and "tools" to make sure numbers were placed and spaced evenly. My only complaint is that the font shown here is not what we ended up getting. It was in the same ballpark, but not quite as nice. That said, still love this addition to our house.

This clock is beautiful and was easy to install but the hands of the clock fell 24 hours after install, they were replaced and all was well then the next day they fell again and kept doing so. They are now bent and won't keep time so I just have numbers on the wall. How can I replace just the hands????Update: Received a replacement for the hands of the clock, they are staying up and I couldn't be happier with the clock!! Thank you for standing by your product and providing replacement for faulty equipment.
