Olive oil
Probably one of the best olive oils I have ever had, was served at a restaurant, and the quality and taste is like you are sitting in Italy, and I have tasted alot of olive oil. A must have for any pantry.

Wonderful
This is the olive oil you put on your salads, dip your bread into, splash on vegetables/seafood/ hummus/tzatziki. This olive oil is resplendent with flavors, both subtle, piquant, and pleasant. It is fragrant because the olive trees used most likley have herbs and flowers growing around thier trunks, intertwining the soil of the plants with the soil of the trees. If you are not able to get to Sicily to savor the olive oils, food, wine, culture, and amazing people, why not try a bottle of Frantoia to savor a tiny taste of real olive oil, not the kind in the groccery aisle. PS I gift bottles of this to friends and family, and trying to spread the word.

Quality!
Best olive oil. Doesn’t taste or feel like it’s over cut to increase profitability and rip off the consumer. I love this oil!

The best I have ever tasted. Love it to bits!
The best I have ever tasted. I love it to bits.I am not going back to other brands.I kept getting directed back to this oil after searching for a good quality extra virgin olive oil. As the reviews would tell you, this is what a lot of top chefs use for their cooking. I was not disappointed. It exceeded my expectations.1) Step 1: This oil has a spicy nose that smells green and fruity. To me, the green herbacious scent stood out. I love the way it smells. Did I mention green?2) Step 2: At first, the taste is that of a pleasant lightly flavored oil, that was creamy in texture. Give it a second or two, and wow. The flavor comes in suddenly as if a flavor-tap of some kind has been turned out and it is now that you get to taste the oil. There is a sudden burst of intense fruitiness that comes through. The flavor of this oil is not overpowering, like some of the other oils I have tasted in the past, but it is pleasant, yet rich. It tastes like a quality oil. The onset of the flavor comes in suddenly. A little sweet.3) Step 3: As suddenly as the taste seem to have come on, it dissipates. And what comes on now is a very nice peppery spiciness. Unlike many other olive oils that I have tasted that market itself as spicy and usually turn out to be just bitter and a tiny bit spicy, this oil is actually not bitter at all. It is more spicy than most other oils I have tasted without any of the bitterness. I really love this spiciness too. I find it interesting how the taste comes in waves. First, the creaminess of a light oil, then the onset of a fruity oil, and then that suddenly dissipated and a very nice spiciness comes on. Very tasty.I would highly recommend this olive. I see myself buying this over and over again! The top chefs use this for a good reason. This is indeed good enough to sip a spoonful every now and then. (and I find myself doing this more than I should be)Buy it! You will love it.

It's Olive oil.
So it's a bit pricey, but is mild tasting and not much else I can say. It's not pungent and I can drizzle over my toast.
