The flowers were dead, brown, dehydrated.
These flowers were to be a birthday gift for my mother-in-law. According to my mother-in-law who telephoned me right away said that the flowers were completed wilted, turned down, and brown. She picked them up as soon as they arrived at her front door. She thinks they were overheated in the delivery truck. The cookies that we sent were fine. I believe that the cost of the flowers ($54.72) should be credited to my account. Amazon should not sell flowers if they cannot ensure that they will be alive and fresh upon delivery.
