It works
The screw on lid part that holds the ball can break if you tighten it too hard. My wife found that out but I was able to glue it back together to get a good deal and still open it to clean that part of the device. Be careful closing it and do not drop it.

FILTERS: Only $1.00 each (!) but you get a second filter housing with them... ?
Since Tilcare provides a "filter" "housing" (with only -1- actual 'filter' with the device) and then wants to charge $10.00 more for a *second filter housing and 10 mucus-filters, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Had Tilcare included 10 mucus-filters with the device for $1 more, they would have displayed some good will; as it is, their actual business character stinks.
