Heavy
A bit heavy for me to pick up with back problems. Need to make a dolly for this setup to take on and off my truck.

Important flaws but it works… barely
Barely works for an electric wheelchair. It sags so much it gets a scary every time we drive with it.The holes for the basket are too far away from edge that I can’t get a normal ratchet hook connected through it.It’s a flawed design but it’s works for now. While driving on the interstate. The screws to the ramp holder came undone and the ramp fell down scraping against the road at 65 mph.Destroying the ramp handle and bending it In a way we can’t use it adequately.

Sturdy and well made
There are many options for products like these but I picked this one because it was made of steel and the deck and rails come already assembled and welded together. It's well made and sturdy. There is some assembly required for the receiver tubes, ramp plungers, reflectors, etc. But it's not terrible. I really like the adjustable receiver bracket so I can mount it in a low or high position based on which vehicle I'm driving. This specific product actually comes with the standard height tube in the main box and then the adjustable mount arrives in a second box. So you actually get 3 different height options depending on which configuration you install. This is primarily used on a newer Toyota 4Runner with high ground clearance so I selected the low position on the adjustable bracket because I wanted the angle of the ramp to be less steep. I also really like the bi-fold ramp because it allows the ramp to be longer and thus the angle less steep than the other products with a single-piece ramp that's only 48" long. My only complaint is that the platform does not sit sturdy and flat on the receiver tube it mounts to. There is a hitch pin and then two big set bolts with lock washers to secure the platform to the receiver tube but it still allows too much movement and pivoting when loading/unloading and then when driving around for me to give 5 stars. It needs some other feature added to help keep the platform stable and flat.

Misaligned welding of nuts on frame.
The two nuts welded on the frame do not line up with holes that were drilled. I had to get my die grinder out and grind the misaligned hole. When I first tried to assemble and tighten the bolts to secure the two pieces together the supplied bolts were damaged on the ends due to the improperly aligned welded bolts. Now I have to go buy new bolts as well as grind the hole out.I will give update once completely assembled and installed.

Extremely heavy, should be made much lighter, like out of aluminum.
Two heavy especially the ramps.
