I reeeeealy like these earrings. This review is for the small size hearts. They are the perfect size especially if you have multiple holes.I original bought the large size cause I thought the small would be teeny tiny, but the are not. The large size was too big for me. I have 3 piercings and piercings are not always symmetric on both sides. One ear allowed for a slight buffer between earrings, but the other ear had one earring slightly overlapping another.I would recommend the large hearts for a single piercing and the small hearts for single or multiple. So glad I found these they are for sensitive ears and come with a set of silicone backings as well as the titanium. They are adorable, comfortable and came just on time for Valentine's Day.

I do not regularly wear earrings (ear lobes) and sure enough, my right lobe hole closed 85% (back of hole closed up). Given that it was only approx 15% closed, I sanitized a needle and re-pierced the hole myself. I knew that I needed a tiny earring as I likely needed to keep the earrings in 24/7 for an extended amount of time for the re-piercing to heal. These earrings have been in place for over 3 weeks now and I was able to sleep and not be bothered by them. I have not experienced any irritation with them and the tiny silicon backs which they provided really helped them not to poke me at night while I sleep. The titanium color did slightly darken (as other reviews have pointed out as well), however they are still very shiny. Once my re-piercing is completely healed, I will likely continue to wear them in the evening while I sleep as to avoid my hole from closing up again in the future. Great buy!!!

I've always had very sensitive ears. Any junk metal makes my ears hot to the touch, itchy and sometimes they'll puss, it's gross. I can't wear 14k gold either and I'm too nervous to try 18k gold. I even tried stainless steel, or what was supposed to be stainless steel and I had a reaction. So, I stopped wearing earrings all together many years ago. Well, I'm getting married in a handful of months and I really didn't want to wear clip-ons. So I started researching safest hypoallergenic earrings. I kept seeing "titanium" everywhere. So I purchased these based on the reviews and I can't say enough good things about them! I've had zero issues with sensitivity. In fact, I recently tried 14k gold again (I don't know why I think that if enough time goes by I'll suddenly not be allergic...smh) and my ears started having a reaction. I switched to these and my ears still healed even while wearing these daily, for the last handful of days. Highly recommend!!

For the price, these are very nice. The front is polished and they came in a nice enough box. The only thing I don't like is that the backs that come with them are sharp around the edges, and it's uncomfortable to sleep with them in. They did come with the clear rubber backs as well, which may be more comfortable.

Earrings are just as shown. Perfect size and were delivered quickly! I've found that titanium is great for my sensitive ears. Couldn't were anything but 14ct gold for years but I have no problem with these!

I wanted a simple, flat earring that was easy to clean and didn't contain nickel. These met all those criteria. I've never had titanium jewelry before, and it has a nice shine that looks a bit different than steel or silver. They look really nice when I wear them. I've had no issues with irritation from the metal, and they're easy to just drop in peroxide or alcohol to clean them. I was concerned because people mention the backs not being secure, but I have yet to lose one and I always lose earrings. The posts are nice because the backs feel secure, but the posts don't poke me. I've worn them everyday since they arrived.

Had my ear pierced 10 days back, and my ear was red , itching and painful. I had a stainless Steel earring and switched to this titanium one. 2 days after, redness is gone, no more itch, and it now really heals properly. On top they look so much better that the one i got. Love them

I have very sensitive ears. Nickel makes my ears incredibly red, swollen and itchy. Even jewelry marketed as for sensitive ears can irritate me. For whatever reason, my lobes can’t even tolerate sterling silver like I have in my cartilage piercing. I’d heard a lot about titanium being good for sensitive ears and decided to give it a try. This product had great reviews so, why not. I have been very impressed! I’ve had these in for nearly 2 weeks now and not one bit of irritation!! My only issue is that the backs don’t feel as secure as my gold studs, but I’ve not lost these yet so we’re good! I’ve definitely added other styles to my wishlist!!
