This has a high amount of biotin, so I do think my hair grows faster. I just wish it would grow in thicker.

I've experienced slower hair growth, lack of energy, and dull skin since giving birth to my first child almost two years ago. I gave GLOW a try because of the high Biotin content, but I've had a huge boost in my energy due to the B vitamin complex as well as smoother and brighter skin! Hair growth takes time, so I can't report much longer hair just yet, but it does feel stronger and I have not been losing hair since taking GLOW. This product seems to do all it claims and more, at a very reasonable price!

I'm usually skeptical about supplements but decided to give this a spin. I'm on my second bottle now and can't come up with anything negative about this product. My thinning hairline has improved noticeably, and I've even noticed new hairs sprouting in my bangs. My nails grow faster than I can keep up with. I've never had to trim my nails, they'd always just break off, but they are finally thriving! I have had less breakouts on my skin and my partner even commented that Im looking more "awake" and rested. Can't beat this for the price and results. Give it a couple months to kick in and you'll see a noticeable change in hair skin and nails. promise <3

After having a Bariatric Surgery that left me with severe malabsorption, my vitamin choice has become a difficult project and a high priority for me. When I found these dry capsule vitamins, I immediately checked the levels it includes of all the vitamins listed. The numbers are impressive, especially considering these are NOT specifically for Bariatric Patients.When I head to the lab, the phlebotomist gets nervous while looking over my 'script due to all the things that are needing to be checked. On average, it's 12 vials of blood each time, checking everything under the sun. I've been using Glow Multivitamin for months, now, and my numbers look great. I have a couple vitamins that are low; A product of the severity of my malabsorption. But for the most part, Glow Multivitamin covers the vast majority of my supplements, each day.

The tablets was coated with some type of capsule. I didn’t like that so if you have a problem with having a plastic capsule, I guess they will be OK.
