Snoreeze Snoring Relief Throat Spray 14 ml (Pack of 1)

According to my partner who has been having trouble ignoring my epic snoring, the spray significantly reduced the snoring to a level where it could be ignored so that's great. Unfortunately, when i woke up during the night, the spray caused me discomfort because the lining of my throat felt too wet...it was an odd sensation that I didn't like and it felt like I could not swallow my own saliva properly (or swallowing to reduce the amount of saliva in my mouth/throat was ineffective). Its hard to describe. As long as you don't routinely wake up in the middle of the night, this product is great! Tastes okay, kind of minty, could be worse.

Told it doesn’t make a difference- will keep trying in the hope that it does eventually.

The foam ones are much better

This us is only snore related product that works for me. Easy to use and tastes ok.

A little reticent to try but this has really made a difference and tastes good
