Smart, Clean and Visual! I still cannot believe I saw my eardrum! I love this! It took me all about 5 minutes to set it up and another 5mins to get the hang of maneuvering it well enough to angle it correctly. I needed no help at all. I saw my ear drum, my husband's and my children's. I was skeptical at first from reading stories of pieces falling inside the ear canal. Honestly, after using this I cannot come to understand how that was possible. This product is amazing and directions are pretty clear cut. The only problem was my phone. I had to press the app and hold it then click open when prompted to do so. Every time I clicked directly on the app it redirected me to the WiFi settings. Once I figured that out (rather quickly), I was good to go. I don't have much wax build-up was able to gently relieve myself of what I did have. It did irritate me to turn it in my ear a bit (nothing major). So if you have jittery hands I'd advise against it. I also wouldn't suggest allowing children to use it alone unless old or knowledgeable enough to follow proper instructions. There are also youtube video reviews which aided me in ultimately making a purchase. Not this exact one but to me they are all the same.

This product was too good to be true! Not only was it super interesting to see the inside of my ears, it really helped to have a visual to help me clean out the earwax.My husband somehow had a piece of my dog's hair inside his ear and we were able to take it out (with caution) as it was pretty deep inside.The tool comes with a couple extra spoon heads so we also ended up cleaning my dog's ears. Turns out he had some of his longer hairs and even a whisker or two clogging his ears! We were able to get those out (with caution, again) and my dog acted like he was hearing for the first time!I recommend anyone getting this tool if you are going to clean your ears. Obviously please go to a professional for more serious situations but if you're just doing a simple cleaning or look around, this is definitely the tool to use!

I have always had waxy ears and a bit of an itching problem, but I did NOT expect what I pulled out. my hearing has improved substantially, and I'm pretty happy I got this product, hopefully, I won't have to deal with hearing issues for a while.I think this works similar to any other Ear Endoscopes, but it definitely was a bit easy to use, the one thing I did not like was having to connect it through WiFi instead of Bluetooth, maybe it could be to prevent delay? Overall great product except for that one flaw.

It was easy to use and very fun at first but the camera stopped working after my third use and I can’t figure out how to fix it

I bought this because, like most people, I am totally grossed out and amazed at the same time by ear wax. It was very easy to set us and somewhat easy to use. It takes a bit to get used to maneuvering it in your ear. I had a much easier time with my right ear than my left. I was a little disappointed because I didn't have any wax to remove :) and I was looking forward to finding really gross stuff in there. My mom also used it and loved it but found it too difficult for her to maneuver to continue using past the first couple times. Definitely a learning curve but also a fun product! I would buy again and you should too! Happy wax hunting!

I love love love this product. I could not for the life of me figure out what was making my ear tickle and distract me. This had been going on for a month, so I decided to buy this to see if it could help. Super easy to download and use. Has cool picture taking abilities, so if you look at my picture in the upper left side, you can see a piece of red string that was stuck in my ear. Super easy to get it out, and now I'm great. Everytime I feel a little itch, I can go check it out. Thank you for whomever made this. Super awesome product.

This product is ok if you want to remove wax that's not very deep. If you take the scoop off you can see your eardrum pretty good. Be prepared for pain if you want to remove earwax deep in your ear. It's hard to maneuver the scoop without touching the sides of your ear canal and this can be very painful, especially if your ear can is already irritated by impacted earwax.It's also pretty dangerous putting anything in your ears, period. Its best to stick with drops, flush, or go to a professional

This item works really well. It's cool seeing if there's any gunk in my ear and the included attachments are able to scrape it out. I would suggest getting this along with one of those water sprayers whenever you need to clean out your ears. I went to the doctor's office to have it done once and it cost me around $100. This is a way better deal.
