LGElectronics CM2460DAB Micro Hi-Fi Audio System

I have neighbours who have complained about the bass on my previous LG stereo as it had 700w of sound and a subwoofer. I therefore decided that it was too powerful for my end of terrace home. So I looked for another one that had the features I wanted, bluetooth connectivity, DAB, sound settings and was visually appealing. This system was easy to set up and the speakers fitted just right on the stands I had. The sound quality doesn't have the boom of my previous one, however is nicely balanced. The DAB radio has great reception, it has various sound settings, bass, classic, rock etc but no bass and treble controls. Overall very happy. This should keep the neighbours happy(er)!

For 130 Pounds this beats probably every active Bluetooth speaker in terms of sound quality and power. I mainly wanted good speakers to enhance an Alexa Dot in our Kids room. The main unit has every input you would need nowerdays (CD, FM, DAB, USB, BT, AUX), although no Wifi or built in streaming services like spotify.Positive surprises: Auto power ON on BT request and USB recording.If I would nitpick, change or improve anything then it would be this:- only 1 aux-in (3.5mm) at least 2 more stereo chinch inputs would have been nice- WiFi and app support would be nice- Detachable/replaceable speaker cables (quite thin short cables are permanently attached to each speaker)- No piano gloss finish a soft mesh would have been better- customizable EQ (only has a few presets)- A little bit more lower end/bass is always welcome- Could get louderOverall as a small room setup, this set is amazing. I don't think for around 130 Pounds you will find a better combination for sound quality, power and functionality. Highly recommended!

Easy to unbox. Easy to attach the speakers. Easy to use.Sounds great, looks great, compact and tidy.Don’t overlook this item as it’s amazing value for money and the sound is powerful and crisp.

I am very disappointed in this product. The sound on the CD player cuts out frequently. I also cannot get it synched with my earphones (there is no headphone socket) because the app that the instruction manual states to use has been discontinued. I spent quite a while contacting customer services to ask if there is a different app that can be accessed, but I was given the run around for hours and the email I sent (that was acknowledged telling me that a reply would be forthcoming) was nevee replied to. So I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this product.

Exactly what I needed, sounds really clear with decent bass. Looks great, always good quality by LG

Nice little stereo, overall was happy 😃 great detail on the top end, really impressed me for price 👍 when your listening to music with real deep guttural bass you do find some distortion, which I guess is to be suspected with small plastic speakers 🔊 also lack of manual and link which just lead to home page for LG sucked 😡 and was a bit frustrating, had to find it on other website but would say these where minor issues

This LG midi hi fi looks fantastic in black, was so easy to set up after I down loaded instructions. The sound quality is very good for such a small unit, I love it 5*****

This item was purchased in order to listen to my recordings of old crones gossiping in tea shops. For a relatively cheap micro system, the sound is both crisp and delightful. The atmospheric chinking of spoons in teacups and the revelation that Ethel's fancy man Harold blamed his untreatable scrotal fungus as a reason for his abject cowardice during the war was brought vividly to life with the superb acoustics afforded by this technically marvelous little hi-fi unit. I can't wait to listen to my CDs of communist Gibbon agitators.
