Converts your WC into a bidet.It is quite effective in cleaningEleminates the need to install a separate bidet as done conventionally.Cleaning is so effective that there is No need of physical contact with hand , therefore eliminates chance of feco oral infection through hand.Installation is simple and can be done without hiring plumber.Comes as complete kit with spanner, Tee joint ,Teflon tape etc. No need to get any material from shop.Build quality is good.Overall, it is a good and effective product.

Works well but pipe fitting not strong.
Updated rating after several months of use. Works fine for a non electric item. Initial fitting hard. Pipe fittings not robust , bit fragile and leaks. If pipe breaks while fitting then have to throw out the whole thing.

this bidet has 2 in 1 nostles in the price of 1 what more do u expect and the brand on its own is serving very good iv purchased a hand shower and a bidet from this alton and tbh I'm happy no rust whatsoever at least not yetedit just after 2 years the nossle pressure has became inadequate to do anything whatsoever so 2.7k for 2 years ain't worth it imho

NOT WORKING SATISFACTORILY IN A SINGLE STOREY BUILDING.
I have installed this in a single storied building (with a water head of about 12 feet). The nozzle is not coming out of its housing automatically. I have to manually pull it out after opening the valve to full pressure. After pulling out, the spray is good, and the nozzle is staying popped out until I close the valve.In my view the manufacturer should increase the diameter of the plunger fitted with the nozzle to get more force for the nozzle to eject out automatically or should advice for head requirement in the specification sheet.As of now, this product is not suitable for single storied buildings. It may work fine in bottom floor of double storied buildings. buildings
