KT Tape Sports Tape, Elastic, Pro, Precut Strips, Stealth Beige 20 Strips

I was looking for some pain relief. Decided to give KT tape a try and I am glad I did. If you follow the directions online, it was almost instantly my pain was cut 75%. Better Than any brace I have used. I will be using more KT tape.

I am 72 years old and have very mild arthritis in my joints. 4 years ago I had a full knee replacement which went well for the first 2 then started having just enough discomfort to stop me from walking and hiking. Doc couldn't see anything wrong. tried shots, tried PT, with no relief; decided it was my new normal. The PT said lets try kenetic tape. WOW, got off the table with no discomfort. Played around with brands and slight variations in placement. Now do it myself with no problem using KT Pro. Hiked all over England, lots of stairs, etc. I am good to go as long as I keep it taped. Replace about every 5-7 days. Try to give my skin a rest for 24-36 hours in between, but never had a skin problem. For some reason the beige seems to stay on better than the blue or black....no idea why. I have also tried on my lower back with some relief, but only stays stuck a day or so; maybe I am not getting it on right. Love that there are instructional videos. Have shared my experience with several friends as well.

Used these for a day at work and pain was literally gone in my heels. I watched the YouTube video in how to apply for plantar fasciitis. They stick well but start rolling at night if you don’t put a sock over it.

I have PF + heel spurs in both feet. I recommend that you do your research on this, talk to others who have used it, join FB groups that have members with similar conditions that you have and read what they have to say, and WATCH VIDEOS on how to apply before using this! Having said that, I purchased this on Amazon because it was about 1/3 to 1/2 cheaper than at Big Retail Stores.PROS+ price (Amazon price)+ easy to apply, but if you twist the tape onto it self, you may need to cut that part outCONS -- or things to be aware of:+ this roll doesn't have the split backing, so you need to tear it to peel (not a big deal, but videos show the kind that is pre-split for easy application)+ depending on the shoes you wear, will peel fairly quick. I wore this with Oofos flip flops and a pair of flats, and it was peeling within a couple hours; I removed it by the end of the day, EVERY time I used this, so I cannot say it won't last a few days, I know for me, it would not have and I didn't like the peeling and stickiness; if you wear with socks and tennis shoes, may stay on longer (and if you don't shower daily??)I am going to opt for the RockTape after reading reviews, even though it is close to $20 a roll. I am trying to avoid surgery and I also use the rolling pin method (have no idea the name of it) on my calves and a wrench to scrape the bottoms of my feet. These latter two seem to help, but I am never pain free. Good luck to you -- I hope you find relief!

Pretty much does what it is supposed to, but the corners did peel up a little under clothing. Will continue to use.

I use this mostly for my knee’s because it is hard to wear a knee brace when you have jeans or pants. I love the support it gives me. I buy so much of this. The pro last longer 3 to 4 days for me. Sometimes it only last a day but that’s because it got rub on the edges and it slowly comes off but I just take it off because I need it to be all the way on there.

I received the actual KT Tape as shown in picture. I have plantar fasciitis and am constantly in pain. I watched the video on the KT Tape website and applied as indicated. When I was done putting it on, it felt like I barely had anything on there so I was afraid it wasn’t going to work. Then I started walking and realized that I had very little pain. The next day when I took it off, I could tell the difference. This proves to me that it was giving me more support than I realized. I did notice that the longer it stays on, the harder it is to get off and you have to take it off slowly. I will definitely use whenever my plantar fasciitis acts up!
