Solid machine.
This saw is perfect for a small shop. It' accurate, but be ready to spend some time adjusting for accuracy. The rip fence is decent. Definetly not a biesemeyer but gets the job done. One thing to be aware of, the scoring blade sucks and there are no split scoring blades available with 22mm arbor and 80mm diameter. The closest you can do is a 100mm split blade but the teeth stick too far up. If you want to use the original scoring blade, stick to a good blade under 3mm kerf or else your scoring blade won't adjust to the main blade thickness. Other than that, this machine is solid. Good for anyone that wants to start working with melamine or delicate plywood veneers with no tear out. Its powerful, at first I thought it was underpowered because of how quiet it was. But I guess that's what happens when you upgrade from a 1.5hp to 5hp motor. So powerful it slices through anything with ease.

Customer Service is poor
The saw itself is great. The motor burnt through after a a bit over a year, customer rep sent out capacitors, I replaced them, not luck, one of the windings is broken. Sent out new motor, a couple of days later the carrier told me the motor got lost in Kansas, I should talk to the sender/vendor as they don't know where it is and maybe the vendor can send out a new spaceport. Wrote an email to Woodstockint, two days later still no response, called them, said to be understaffed and backlogged, the part would come from Grizzly, they need to enquire with Grizzly so Grizzly can take action. Overall now the saw has been out of order for more than two weeks with no ETA on the motor. I really love Woodstock tools, I have a couple of them, also the bandsaw and industrial vacuum. When I had ordered the saw it was a similar experience, carrier lost one of three packages, they had on file that there were only two packages, but in fact there should have been three, so the table was still missing and it dragged on. I cannot honestly say how it took unit it arrived, but overall the lack of transparency and what to do next is really trying and drags down the overall rating. Given lockdowns and the fact that I don't want to contribute to a business needing to shut down based on the world-wide situation -- a business that produces excellent tools-- I award it four stars, but beware of support being painful. If they just talked or communicated and tried to be more transparent and on top of things, it would definitely help. I would definitely replace the freight vendor they have been using.

Great quality
I've had this saw now for about a month and have been very happy with it. It is built like a tank. It took about an hour and a half to assemble. It was square from the factory. The only thing I had to adjust was the tape measure, and all that took was a set screw. I have a small 24 x26 ship and really could not fit a fill size slider in it. The table sleds very nice and will crosscut a sheet of plywood wood easily. I have to take the crosscut fence off to rip a full sheet lengthwise, but it's really not a deal breaker. It is very accurate. I opted to not use the overarm dust collector and will probably just but the overarm guard from grizzly that can pickup out of the way when needed. Over all, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend this saw.

Excellent product
Is very accurate out of the box. Remember to buy a blade and dust collector attachment along with short 4 inch hose to attach collector to saw.

Four Stars
We didn’t receive all the parts that are listed in the assembly manual. Please advise, thank you.
