Reusable Soft Gel Hot and Cold Knee Wrap, Knee Pain, Surgery, Torn ACL, Fits Right or Left Knee

I love this ice pack! I recently had a total knee replacement and I liked using this ice wrap much better than the one ordered by my surgeon. It is flexible which makes it easier to wrap around the entire leg. The Velcro straps allow for compression to the effected area. It is a necessity for anyone that is instructed to ice down their injury.

The ice pack is really two ice packs in one separated by a seam in the middle. I thought I would get two solid ice packs (so that one would always be cold while using the first). The seam in the ice pack does not retain the cold so it is like having two ice packs on each side of the knee while the top part of the knew does not get the benefit of the ice.

I've used quite a few different kinds of ice packs as a triathlete of 12 years. These are very soft on the skin and don't feel cold to the touch. But once it's on, the cold starts to build. I get a good 20 minutes of very cold healing which is sufficient for treatment intervals. I could see where people would be disappointed in the size if this were used on a knee but on the arm, they get almost all the way around. I love the straps as I don't have to use an ace bandage and wrestle with that mess. I would highly recommend - they seem like quality construction and materials. Been using them for a month now so this isn't a really long term use review.

wraps good and stays on with ice pack, I put a towel on first then wrap, way to cold w/o a towel first, not sure if it would cause frost bite on bare skin, for 20 minutes at a time, I doubt it, but the netting is very thin, so the ice pack is actually right on skin. Great product and once strapped on, it stays strapped on.

Just as I'd hoped for! I struggled with the individual gel bag and ace bandage for far too long and wish I had bought this one sooner! Comfortable straps and a good amount of gel for 1+ hour of cooling. My knees thank you...

It’s ok.. but not impressive.. netting is on side that’s agains the skin so I must put a towel between skin & pad to prevent frost bite.. the soft padded side is on the outside...?????The net part of the pad was not indicated in pictures describing this product!.. why not??Apparently I ordered the wrong size as it only wraps 1/2 my knee & Im a very small woman..??The straps are very effective at holding the pad in position..

Love these(I have 3 and bought my Mom 2) I had knee surgery and these were great as no mess. My mom had a procedure and loved hers too. I have two more surgeries coming (hip and other knee) and will also need for those. Great product and highly recommend.

I really like this product. In fact, I bought another one as I have just had right knee replacement and as you have to keep it iced all the time, these worked perfectly. Very well made and I am very happy I have them.
