Yamaha Motorcycle Aerosol Spray Paint 0564 Deep Purplish Blue Metallic C (DPBMC) (TEAM BLUE)

I bought 0564 Deep Purplish Blue Metallic paint spray as a kit to paint all the plastic parts that attach to the fuel tank on from a 2006 Yamaha XT225. This was the correct paint code that Yamaha listed for this bike and once the base coat was sprayed on (in several layers the color match was really good. This kit came with instructions for preparation and use, a test spray card and a spray can of clear coat as the last application. End result was great, definitely recommend.

color matches exactly with yamaha DPBMX paint and the clear coat is simple and easy to use. would highly recommend to have this around as touchup paint as well.

The paint color is almost perfect, but its pretty trasparent. It took a lot of coats to completely cover primer spots. Almost the whole can for one fairing.

arrived really fast.the paint is a perfect match to my 04 r1,the paint really stands out when you put the clear coat on it.i painted my rear wheel and it turned out awsome and i just orderd my second can to paint the front wheel ,cant wait.

So, if you can see in the first pic... this product is not a perfect match by any means. It’s way too purple, but no one can get the color right and this is the closest thing.I stripped all this paint off because I’m OCD and was able to get a perfect match w/ this as a base and used another color on top from Sherwin Williams called Deep Ocean Blue (See 2nd pic). The deep ocean blue on top muted the purple a bit and allowed for a correct match.Just letting anyone know before they have to strip/repaint a panel because it doesn’t look right.
