Overall a great bit of kit. I looked through the reviews to find as much info as possible before purchasing. This unit is ideal for 500ml beer bottles as this is what I am using it for.1. The unit needs to be assembled. This can be done reletively easy if you follow the sequence and HAND TIGHT first until all screws are in then same sequence tighten up just so it nips up DONT OVERTIGHTEN!2. Your going to need a big tray to place it in. This is not supplied with the unit. I found a £4.99 plastic storage box from a hardware store worked perfect.3. Fill the cleaner water right up to the platform totally covering the pump as it will not prime.And finally it doesn't come with a bottle rack but here on Amazon they good value and available as a package.I'm bottling around 150 bottles a day and it's doing just fine shame there is not a 24 bottle system for 500ml bottles

This product is supplied with a European 2 pin plug. This is illegal under the Plugs and Sockets Safety Regulations 1994. ALL consumer electrics (except razors) must be supplied with a fused U.K. 3 pin plug. More than 25 years after the law came in, irresponsible vendors are still trying it on

1- use it 5 times after mankind sure I wouldn't over tight the motor to the plastic or leave it too lose.2- lifted the machine out the sink and the motor fail off. plastic tray cracked broken. piece of plastic stuck inside the motor.3- it is clear the motor must have extra support and shouldn't be left hanging the way the images shows. The motor might need to be support with legs, a tray or strap. something so that we do not have to waste our time money and damp extra trash into the environment.4- We must use our imagination to secure the motor5- we require a box that fits the bottle washer, I work with mine inside the kitchen sink.6- the motor works very well the overall design and function is amazing, it does do the job. The issue with the motor instability, the lack of tray, should be resolved or removed from the image on amazon.Disappointed with lack of careful details to functionality.Charge the price but have all that its require to ensure quality rather than keep at a lower cost only to impose hidden costs.

Dont buy as useless without the hidden extras required for it to work correctly.

Firstly it is not clear the you have to buy an additional rack for this and secondly, we have also returned the rack as it would not hold the bottles at all

Expensive junk.Assembly is fiddly and time consuming having to screw in all the nuts. You have to in do them as well to get it to drain properly adding further faff.While is states it doesn't come with the rack, this isn't abundantly clear since the photos make it out that it does. Further, it then says the warranty is void if used without the rack. It still works without the rack for regular 500ml beer bottles.The stream isn't very powerful. A couple of my bottles had mould so I still needed to clean them all inside properly with my brush.It's handy for sterilising the inside of the bottles but it isn't worth the expense for just that.
