Amazing parasol
Great price and great quality. So easy to put together and when using. Looks good with the lights on in the evening. Comes with rain cover which is not so easy to put on and take off due to height but using an extending clothes pole does the business. Great Base which for now have filled with water but been advised to change to sand as water not ideal if leaving out in winter. Very sturdy and well made.

Very impressive but be careful, can turn into a sail in the wind!
Brilliant parasol, but you need sand in the base to hold it down.2 15kg bags of sand will fill the base (not 4 like I bought!)Be advised that he base is big with the pedestal weights on it.The lights are cool, but more of a whimsical feature - they don't chuck out a lot of light, ie you would struggle to play cards under it!The back end of the parasol does kick out some way and if you aren't careful, the wind will take it downThe cover is brilliant as wellAll in all, a good bit of kit, but hold on tight in the wind!

Good parasol with 360 rotation but why three holes in base pole and not 4?? Its a mystery
Parasol is good, like the design and color and easy to set up, we purchased as was advertised as being able to rotate 360 degrees which we wanted, and which it can, but, and there is a but, a confusing one, in the base pole which is attached to the stand at the top is a section (see attached pic) with cut out holes to support the parasol into, you place the metal pins which are fixed in the parasol into these holes, to help support it, then tighten up the two screws to fully make it stable and then when the sun goes round you can unscrew the two nuts pick the parasol up and rotate it a full 360 degrees which is great, but in the base pole is a third cut out hole with no hole cut out opposite? this hole is baffling? why is it there? I contacted customer support straight away and told them my dilemma, sent pics and everything, but they assure me that its perfectly normal and that's how the base pole is supposed to be?? Really? My interpretation is that there should be a fourth hole opposite the third hole this would enable the parasol to be rotated at 180 degrees at a time, and this would make sense and another great feature, but customer support assure me that its not for that and there's no mistake in a manufacturing? so my question is what is the point of this third hole , why have it if it serves no purpose? its baffling, I'm hoping someone will read this and explain it too me. Or maybe I have received a defective base pole and all the others have four cut out support holes and mine doesn't? Overall we are pleased with the parasol but the mystery of the third hole remains??? Hence only 4 stars as I need an answer to this .

Bought a cantilever parasol from Aosom UK. Very pleased with fast turnaround from order to tracked delivery to my home in 2 days. High quality product. I love the solar lights it’s very classy. Easy to install on my own. 5ft 2 woman. Everyone loved it when I had a party. Good cover case too. I have the app now and would definitely shop is Aosom again Very sturdy. And good value for money

Not stable, badly fitted together and prone to snapping if rotated or blown by the wind
Update 23/06/25: The seller has confirmed our parasol was a defective item and that it was a structural issue. A full refund has been issued.Review: So we had this for just over a month and unfortunately the bolt holding the top and parasol onto the pole which is secured by plastic has snapped during a twist in the wind and threading the plastic. The bolt then fell into the pole and won't come back out. It's not unusable and unfixable. Not only that but the strap that holds the parasol to the pole is also terrible, it's Velcro and is not enough to stop the parasol moving even in small gusts.

Very sturdy
This is a big umbrella but very sturdy once up. The solar panel and lights are a great addition and gorgeous at night. Easy to erect and use once up. Holds well in a light wind

Only lasted a year with very few tines being used
I really liked the look of this & the base is great. I only used it a few times over the year I’ve had it but the cable inside broke and now can’t use. I’ve contacted the seller to see if there’s anything we can do but as it’s a year ago I’m not sure. A lot of money for a few uses sadly. I’ll re review depending on outcome.

Fantastic Customer Service
The umbrella and base are fab. Sadly we had put it up 2 months after we got it (the great British weather meant we had used it twice) and we released the poles at the top had come loose and we couldn’t get them back in.We spoke to Mark in their customer services and before we could even reply back he had sent a replacement out.A great product, quality made for sure - I think we were just unlucky with the small fault, but what topped it off is the fantastic customer service. We will not go anywhere else for our garden needs again.Thank you so, so much!!!!
