I'm reading these reviews and I have no clue what most are talking about. Too hard to squeeze...really???Don't taste good ...it's not a food item. Sticky? Real vitamin E is Sticky unless it's been thinned by other oils... Poorly packaged?My capsules are perfect and well packaged.Happy with my order.

Product is very good. This is my second time purchase. However, the only issue I found is the capsule gets hard and crack if not used for a very long time. I am not sure, if they expire at some point. Otherwise, it is good. I use it for my hair, mixing it with coconut oil.

So, I started applying this directly on the bald areas of my scalp and all other areas, I applied 2 every other day, I also started taking Collagen as well and it worked. My hair started falling out somewhere in 2021, at first I thought it was seasonal but no, it never stopped. I freaked out and changed my shampoo shower head and all of that nothing worked then I finally realized it was time for me to take collagen and apply vitamin E capsules. I recommend this 200%. If you are losing hair and nothing works, this is it. Have to mention that there is a smell but I don’t care as long as it helps my hair grow. I think it’s a month since I started using this, will continue.

This item states that it's vegetarian use and it is incorrect there's gelatin in there which is an animal based byproduct so anybody that has dietary restrictions need to be aware of this, this is very false
