This is an expensive product and there are cheaper alternatives. So what makes this better?Let's start with quality. Minelab have done a great job and you can feel the quality of this product. It feels good, it looks good.The actual design is unique, in that an internally fitted bar spreads the load. This is adjustable to your height and can be easily changed ensuring a correct fit.Setting Up. Initially be patient as it will take several attempts to fit this correctly. Read the instructions and watch the youtube videos to help understand how it should be fitted correctly. Take the time at home to ensure the fit is correct and you will reap the rewards in the field.The belt has additional room to add pouches and I have added 3 purchased from Amazon. These fit well and work perfectly for my needs. The clip to support your detector is incredibly simple to use and operate.My NOX 800 now hovers above the ground with no weight on the arm. It simply unclips and reclips without any work.All in all - You get what you pay for. MINELAB have engineered and designed a great product. The harness spreads the load so you don't carry the weight. A very well made product that makes life so easy. Highly recommended.
